After diligently reviewing feedback regarding our notification system and receiving messages from some of our PRIME Agents with noteworthy suggestions, our Product Team is thrilled to introduce our latest PRIME exclusive feature: Team Notification Numbers!
Our goal is always to get you connected with our referrals as fast as possible, and our data has proven again and again that this speed substantially increases the likelihood of a transaction occurring. Our Contact Cards have undoubtedly expedited this process, and the Team Notification Numbers is just the latest innovation to further increase that speed. Keep reading below to learn more about how they work and to activate the feature!
With these Team Notification Numbers, you can now set separate phone numbers to receive new ReferralExchange referral notifications depending on whether the lead is a buyer or a seller. This means that if you want to prioritize working sellers yourself and have a buyer specialist, you can now include two referral notification numbers in your account- one for buyers and one for sellers.
To begin using this new feature, login to your ReferralExchange account and click the three horizontal lines in the top left corner of the page. This will bring up the navigation menu:
When the menu appears, select Account Settings. Once on the Account Settings page, scroll down until you see the “New Referral Notifications” section. If you want to begin using two notification numbers, click the bubble that reads Send buyer referrals and seller referrals to different phone numbers.
To finalize and save the changes to your account settings, click the orange UPDATE button.
