With the success of our first round of AMA’s with our executive and management staff, we are happy to announce that we are bringing it back for another round!
For the first session, we wanted to feature Tom Monaghan, our Vice President of Sales and Operations. Tom has been with ReferralExchange for over 10 years, working in a variety of departments and now overseeing many facets of the company, including PRIME and its team members. In this session, Tom answers questions from agents ranging from how we get our leads and how we match them to agents, to things on the horizon for PRIME and some things we considered doing with PRIME, but ultimately did not.
